Waiting out the storm

We have made our way to Valladolid with the help of two Swiss cats with a rental car. We decided to skip going to Merida because the bus journey in the middle of the night just had too many unforseeable possibillities. We feel much safer here in Valladolid than on the coast and will wait the storm out from this loocation and then head south to Chiapas or Guatamala.
